This papaya salad wasn't drowning in the dressing; there was just enough to coat each bite. It was soooo refreshing; one of the best papaya salads I've tasted. It was so good that I actually hoarded the last of the salad for myself!

pad thai
Generous amounts of shrimp (or crab) with perfectly cooked noodles. A lot of Thai restaurants fall into the trap of adding too much sauce making their noodles too soggy or it's too dry...ThaiHouse530 perfected it!

PUMPKIN CURRY
Kabocha pumpkin, The pumpkin meat is naturally sweet, soften and colorful. Well done! It reminded me about
mom's cooking. This plate is such a well mixed of ingredients to accentuate the aroma of the curry.

Banana blossom
This dish has been a family recipe passed down from our great auntie Kittika. The banana blossom meat is simmered on a pan with red curry paste, tamarind sauce and prawns. It is cooked to perfection and
then topped off with crispy garlic, shallot, and grounded peanuts.

salmon wrapped in banana leaves
The most delicious food staples were brought over from "THE" consisted of the salmon wrapped in banana leaves.
I love supporting family-owned restaurants. The staff is very personable.
